We collect a variety of information before, during and after you book with Little Dreamers Photography and use any of our services. This information enables us to provide the highest quality of service to you and your family.

• Names and contact information of the person(s) placing an order with us.
• Names and contact information of the person(s) using our services.
• Names, ages and gender of all participants of a photo shoot.

If you e-mail us or send us messages via social media, these messages are stored within our email system or social media accounts. These messages are stored for as long as practicable to allow us to provide you with better future services.

Your images are stored on password protected secure drives and within an encrypted, PIN protected gallery on delivery. Only you, and employees of Little Dreamers Photography have access to the information required to gain access.

How is your data being collected?

The only way I collect data is collected directly from you. You can do this verbally, via a messenger app, email or via my store.

In some cases, data may be given to us by a third party. This includes if somebody purchases a voucher for you – they may give us your name and details to allow us to process their order, and provide our service to you. In this case information is unidirectional. They may provide us with information, but we do not provide them with details or images without your permission to do so. 

 

Why is your data being collected?
 

In order to abide by law, certain information must be required. In order to provide you with the best service, we collect data to enhance your experience - your babies/children(s) gender, your colour preferences, your child's name and age, all to provide a personalised service.

Contact data may be used to send you direct offers from Little Dreamers Photography about offers and promotions or newsletters. These can be unsubscribed from at any time.

We do not sell your data to third party organisations. The only occasion your data may be shared with a third party includes:
• Law enforcement and legal requirements – we will provide data to law enforcement agencies if issued with a court order to do so.

How long is the data stored?

 

We are legally obliged to store some data for a minimum amount of time, for example sale order records, payment records etc. The other data will be stored for as long as is required to serve you as the client.
